One of my goals for the 2024 was to do more location scouting. While I have taken a break from my science consulting job, Maia and I have been going on adventures during the day exploring the beauty that Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia have to offer. As a Northern Virginia maternity photographer, I love being able to offer these stunning locations to my clients, and wow have I found a beauty!

Alec reached out to me to schedule a maternity session for his gorgeous mama-to-be, Cristina. I have to say I love when partners book sessions! The desire to capture memories and milestones with your loved one is such a thoughtful gesture in my opinion! We braved December cold and I don’t think we could have picked a more stunning spot for a winter session. Cristina’s emerald gown was perfect and I love that they brought along their furry family member for a few photos! This iconic DMV maternity session is definitely one of my favorites of all time! I am truly so honored to be able to capture these very special moments for my clients.
